Back from Dallas ASI show......

I felt the show was adequate. I didn't see a lot of new products out there. However, I do think in the economic state, manufacturers are very willing to match pricing in order to get the business. Great for our clients!

Eco friendly is all the buzz......still. So, the eco friendly grocery totes, anything on recycled paper.....those seem to be the big sellers.

To the ASI trade show.....

I have stayed at the Crescent many times. We head to the ASI trade show in Dallas every year. This is our preferred hotel when we go. It is a great Rosewood property in Dallas. I prefer it to the Mansion at Turtle Creek (also a Rosewood property). The Mansion is usually written up as one of the top hotels in the country. However, I think the Crescent is a little more sleek, not so stuffy. Nobu has a relatively new restaurant there....not quite New York's Nobu, but good. And of course, Stanley Korschak is next door. The best! I will give my latest opinion on my return, but I am always excited to stay there! Stay tuned.....

What is the latest and greatest?

Continuing the longstanding tradition of an industry show in Dallas in the first quarter, The ASI Show brings its innovation and fun to the Lone Star State. As the largest event in the Southwest, ASI Dallas features 550 leading suppliers and thousands of new products and services for the start of the year.

In 2008, ASI Dallas welcomed 3,561 quality distributors, with companies featuring over $2.6 billion in industry sales.

This show allows us to bring our customers the latest and greatest in promotional products. Stay tuned. We go this week!
